Last night after our F.C. United soccer game, the team and parents headed over to CiCi’s Pizza for some grub and fun.

One thing I have noticed is that they always (loudly) welcome you when you enter the restaurant and thank you for coming when you leave. The unique situation that happened last night is that the store manager went around to the the tables and personally thanked us for coming in and supporting them.  It was a sincere gesture that may seem small but it made a huge impact!  The other cool thing is that most of the employees were all having fun and wearing funny hats.  Different and effective.

My question to you is this.  Have you personally and genuinely thanked your clients lately? Just food for thought.
