I was looking through some of my bookmarks when I came across a church that I read about some time ago called the Hot Rod Church…a church for sinners.  One of the things that I really appreciate about Hot Rod Church is that they have approached what they are doing with a truly unique flair and a specific focus.  They definitely have an “X-Factor” or Unique Selling Proposition.

What can your church do that’s different from everyone else in your community?  What can you focus on that is unique?  What is your “X-Factor”?
